Response to Covid-19
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep our clients and staff safe during this difficult period.
As you are likely aware, the situation with coronavirus, or COVID-19, is constantly changing and we continue to consistently review our practice in line with the latest advice provided by NHS England, Public Health England and the Department of Health and Social Care. The safety, health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our absolute priority and we will continue to closely monitor the situation and react daily to changes in order to help minimise the risk of COVID-19, and to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Our support workers and field staff are committed to remaining vigilant with personal hygiene and ensuring that they are wearing their PPE equipment at all times and their diligence, professionalism and dedication is to be celebrated. Our Complex Nurse Specialists and Complex Care Managers are in regular contact with our clients and our staff, to advise them of any updates and changes to their daily routines.
We understand that there will be difficult times ahead, but we want to assure you that we are available for your assistance. Please feel free to contact our Head Office or managers with your concerns. You can find the relevant contact information on our contacts page. We thank you for your patience and understanding in these challenging times.
